Description
Bronze 2″ flange bearing for screw conveyors is manufactured from high-grade steel that has been machine finished on the end faces and backing to ensure a tight and precise fitment when installed. Additional clearance is provided at the base of the bolt holes to make it easier for the actual install, and the bearings are accurately broached to transmission tolerances. The bore is concentric to the flange back, and the bearings are furnished with 1/8″ Alemite fittings. To further increase the working life and performance factor, this beating has a special grease groove that evenly disperses grease throughout the life of the beating.
