This high-quality stainless steel SUCSFBM202 3-bolt flange bearing with a 15mm inside diameter is a normal duty flange bearing with set screws manufactured from premium grades of stainless steel to class C3 precision accuracy tolerances by Mariner. Three-bolt flange bearings are manufactured with three mounting points; this creates stability with mounting and a wide selection of mounting positions. It’s designed to run in food grade and highly corrosive or abrasive applications and handle daily washdowns. The bearings superior design features put this bearing above others in terms of durability and performance. More specifically, this SUCSFBM202 bearing utilizes a solid base design that eliminates crevices where contaminants like to hide and adds strength to the unit over bearings without a solid base. It also ships with a 25-35% fill of premium Mobil FM222 grease. It features an outer ring anti-rotation device that allows for alignment correction without internal binding and prevents bearings from spinning within the housing, drastically increasing the unit’s overall life. Mariner stainless steel mounted bearings also use investment cast housings that are much smoother and superior to the industry standard sand-cast housing and make cleanings much more effective. Additionally, the bearing unit features a high-quality food-grade 100% silicone housing that is capable of handling higher operating temperatures than the standard nitrile seals; it also has an external flinger to prevent seal damage from washdown and keeps contaminants away from internal components, the bearing is also machined for use with end caps.
