Description
305-6058 angle 24″ screw conveyor trough X 12ft long is fitted with structural steel angles along the trough’s top edge to provide excellent strength and rigidity. To ensure a tight fit and perfect alignment when installed, NU-Weld end flanges are continuously jig-welded on each end. Angel troughs are typically formed of hot-rolled steel, but we can also furnish them out of stainless steel or other material types that the application might require, including a hot-dipped galvanized steel. Special modifications such as a perforated bottom, a drop bottom for easy access and cleaning, jacketing for heating and cooling, or others specific to the application at hand are also available. These troughs are normally fitted with a tite-seal cover, but other cover types such as dome, flanged, or hip-roof are also available. We also supply trough saddles as well as a range of other screw conveyor parts. If supporting feet are required, they will be mounted at the flange joints.
